German food (not mandatory)

While you learn about the German culture, you also want to experience it? No worries, you can prepare an easy German dessert before the training starts and enjoy it during the training.

The name of this no-bake chocolate cake is "kalter Hund" which translates to "cold dog".

Ingredients

- 300g coconut oil

- 125g powered sugar (icing sugar)

- 50g real / pure cacao powder

- 3 eggs

- 400g ordinary shop bought butter biscuits

- some rum to taste (leave it, if you do not want alcohol in your cake)

Preparation

1. Melt the coconut oil in the saucepan and let it cool. Mix in the powdered sugar, cocoa, eggs and rum until smooth.

2. Line a loaf tin with cling film and spread a thin layer of the mixed cream on the bottom. Then alternately layer the butter biscuits with the cream so that the cake finishes with the cream.

3. Chill in the fridge for 2 hours.

4. For serving cut into slices.
